If Your Pirates Online Account is terminated are you still paying for it??

OK, I was currently Suspended from Pirates Online. I wait about 2 days and it says it is terminated. I am like WTF! I didn't even do anything wrong. So JUst wondering if i still pay for Pirates Online and, or Toontown online because they were both hooked with my account. I can not log in to either 1!|||No you don't need to pay for it.
