Blockbuster online sends broken DVDs?

Anyone have them do this and have threaten to take action or suspend your account when you received the DVD in mail broken?|||nope i watch my movies online for free|||I have had it happen twice but they just sent me another one they never threatned to suspend my account. I know they will if you report to many issues in a short time but I have not had trouble with that yet. The only issue I have with them is there prices they keep rasing them on me.|||I've gotten a couple broken ones too, but i just reported it and they sent me another. I never had no problems with them.
