Xboxlive account suspended cant update?

i try to logon to my account on xboxlive and a message pops up saying the there is a problem with my payment.i try to update but when i do it brings me to accoun t management and i try to go on it but it says i need to be online? how can i update it if i cant go online?please help!!??|||maybe people reported you and left you bad feedback thats what happens but it usually lasts a week|||call 1-800-4MYXBOX, they will give you support over the phone on how to resolve this issue.
