A couple of weeks ago, my credit card got stolen, so i had to get a new account and card. I updated my xbox live account with the new information. Its been about a month since then, and now i get a message that say your account has been suspended due to payment issues. Even though i updated it. I tried to update it again, and it says that i now have my account back, but i still cant play online, ive lost my friends list, and i cant resend friend requests. Why?|||On Xbox live you get a month free every time you make an account so what i ussualy do is just keep creating accounts. or what you could try to do if you dont want that kind of advise or you want to keep friends, levels, etc. is just create a new account and update your info. another thing you could do is contact microsoft for information there number is

PS%26gt; if you creat a new account i recommened remembering friends, any info, etc.|||Call 1-800-4my-xbox. They will help you out with the issue, although it might take a while considering these people are all in India. But it worked for me. I lost alot of money through Xbox somehow (a hacker), and they helped me get it all back.
