Is PPPPay as efficient as paypal? Can anyone recommend another other service online?

preferably one that you have used personally so have first hand knowledge of. I am just a little dubious about using these services for ebay/ebid as I have heard so many negatives i.e. people having their accounts suspended for no reason and not being able to get valid funds for ages, if at all or just general inefficiency. Look forward to hearing from you.|||I have found Pay Pal very good and got arefund when I needed one. I have also used uk.worldpay.com.|||Paypal is easier to say thats certain. I have also used them lots, not just for ebay and theyre great. Good for refunds too, very efficient. Worldpay is another one thats good but I tend to prefer paypal.
