Xbox live redeem code/suspended account help?

So a while ago my account got suspended due to lack of payments. my mom forgot to pay her master card and it was going good for a while till i logged on and it said that my account has been suspended for lack of payments. then it tells me to go to account management and stuff like that. so i singed out and singed in then it said the same thing except i could "update" the info on my moms credit card. so i pressed it then i was on xbox live and then i said i had no friends and that i cant join parties make one, play online ext. so yesterday my mom paid off her credit card so i tried it an hour ago and same thing popped up. then my dad went and bought a 12 month card. i tried that and it was an error. then i went online and went to my account on xbox.com and it had my 12 month card in the billing stuff and it said "canceled" now im so now im confused and tried to remove my moms credit card then it said that there was a amazing amount of money needs to be payed by this card, please try again later. then i was mad so i went back to my xbox and went to account management and in the on the second chanel it says how your paying for live. it said cannot show your payment option please try again later. am i officially screwed? how do i fix this? should i wait for my moms card cuz that's like 69$ down the drain... oh and i payed for 3 months. if that helps please answer seriously|||Takes more then one day to process a payment at the credit card center. I would take a more wait and see attitude with this guy. Find an alternative method of payment or wait it out.
