Is it hard to get suspended account at Ebay?

Ive never tried ebay or any online auction site, but was thinking about it lateley, friends have told me ebay suspends alot. Not sure what they meant. Why would you get suspended. Sellers can get suspended if they have too many disputes filed against them or if they don't pay their fees.|||they did mine, over the fact that a lady said she didn't get what she ordered, then pay pal ordered me to refund the money, even though i sent the item on a sign for only basis and had the proof that she signed for it, i.d. required. so yeah, they suck, but then even though i sent pay pal a copy of the signed receipt, they suck too for ordering me to refund the money. so turns out she got the merchandise and the money. screw them, never again will i deal with american customers. and i am american. i only deal with china and Tibet from now on cause i have had no problem with them other than the fact that shipping takes forever, they know it and i know it.
