I've tried creating an account online but it says it's under maintenance.
I've tried it directly from my PS3 and it says "Access to PlayStation Network from this system has been banned or temporarily suspended".
What can I do?|||you bought a ps3 that was banned from psn , the seller defrauded you if he did not tell you it was banned so you can ask for a refund , and if you do not get one you can sue the seller in small claims court
you will get the money back plus any costs you pay to file the claim and can ask for damages to pay you for any lost income for court time etc.
tell the seller to refund your money or you will sue , put it in writing , in an e-mail or regular letter
the seller was not allowed to sell a banned ps3 without telling the buyer it was banned
once banned a console is permanently barred from using playstation network or updating the firmware|||From whom or where did you buy it from? The previous user probably got banned in which he sold it to you. If thats the case ur screwed|||Your PS3 system has been banned. You must have violated the Terms And Conditions. It Seems like you either played pirated games before and then updated your PS3. Or you could have been reported by a player for foul language etc.|||e-mail them
