ok my bro account suspended due to payment options or whatever cause he was using my credit card but i had cancel that card and got a new one. do now he cant play online so i he bought a 3 month gold subscription card from wal mart and it took the code and its still not lettin him play..... how can i take that old credit card off i dunno have to do it and how can i get to him to play now|||i think you have to let his old subscription expire first..
then choose 'new payment option' or 'redeem code'|||You need to go to Xbox.com and link his Xbox LIVE account on the Xbox web-site. From there, under LIVE accout settings, he will be able to take the credit card payment option off of his account.
