Account suspension: I appealed several times, but no reply?

My fellow yahooligans,

I am very upset. My old Y!A account got suspended for NO reason. I appealed by pressing the link in the email. I got rejected two days later.

However, I had also appealed using the appeal form online, and had appealed once everyday.

I haven't had a reply from them ... ='(

I was suspended wrongly and I believe this is unjust %26amp; unfair.

What can I do?

Please help me - I feel like crying...='((|||Basically, you get one shot at appealing and that is it.

Any further requests will be ignored.

The rejection is all the response you will get. Appealing again won't change it, and ALL initial appeals are read and the case reviewed, so the suspension was not "unjust" or "unfair" in the eyes of staff. And that is all the counts here.

Without knowing anything of the background of your postings, it is hard to explain why it might have happened, but it happens a lot. It can happen from one SINGLE violation, if the violation is bad enough. These tend to fall into the area of things listed in the "illegal" section on the 'report abuse' page. Like being underage, posting links to sites that allow you to download things that break copyright laws, posting anything regarding self-harm or harm to others, etc. But accumulate enough 'regular' violations, and that can cause suspension as well.

You can try posting to the Suggestion Board on the ABOUT tab over the green bar and see if somebody can give you more insight. But again, without some specifics, it is hard to explain it better.|||To be honest, you only had one chance to appeal the account suspension and that was it. Customer Care upheld the suspension and that was the end of your other account. The idea of making more appeals wasn't a very good idea because they rejected each one you submitted to them. Now what you should do is just leave it alone. Deal with the account you got now. Read up on the Community Guidelines and stick to them at all times, and this should keep your new account from suffering the same fate as the last one. Yes, the suspension was fair as a result of you persistently breaking the rules with your old account.|||Stop sending appeals every day. This is just prolonging the amount of time it will take for them to get back to you, if they ever do.

You may just have to start again, this time following the Community Guidelines: http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_鈥?/a>

Hope this helps,

- Oliver|||It would help if you explained the circumstances of your suspension, bit hard to get any sympathy from anyone without doing so.
