THE ROYAL SANDS CASINO SENT ME A WITHDRAWL CHECK FOR MONEY I HAD WON. IT WAS DRAWN OFF OF SUNTRUST BANK... I WENT TO THE BANK AND THEY WOULDN'T CASH IT. THE ONLINE CASINO SAID IF I JUST DEPOSITED IT IN MY ACCOUNT I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS. WELL A WEEK LATER I GOT THE CHECK RETURNED TO ME STAMPED ON THE FRONT STATING "FROZEN OR SUSPENDED ACCOUNT".... CAN I SUE? I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS!|||Sue Who? Do you know who they are or where they are located? If they are out of state, or even off shore out of this country, what good will it do to sue. It would cost you court fees and when you get a judgment, there isn't any way to enforce it to get your money, so you are out of court cost too.
It sounds like they take your losses, but fail to pay your wins. One way of always making a profit.
